Project Management Opportunity at Seidl & Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to join our team at Seidl & Partner. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various architectural and construction domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the management in securing contracts and developing agreements
  • Manage claims and maintain contractual documentation
  • Coordinate with clients and authorities
  • Assist in preparing project schedules
  • Handle project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with various departments and subcontractors
  • Review subcontractor performances and address any discrepancies
  • Invite and evaluate subcontractor bids
  • Ensure smooth communication between different teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Architecture with a focus on business
  • Experience in project management or related roles
  • Analytical skills, self-motivation, and flexibility in dealing with complex situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and standards
  • Legal background is a plus
