Our TeamWe are a team of experts in the field of electronics and software development, working on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of physics. Our team is responsible for the development of advanced sensors, including image sensors, active sensors, and warning sensors.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Electronics and Software to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including customers and project sponsors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.
