Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Development to join our team at the Oberkochen site, Aalen branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical sub-projects in development, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate quantity structures and budget monitoring to optimize project performance.
  • Establish and maintain a network of service providers to support project needs.
  • Manage and supervise external development services, organizing corresponding reviews.
  • Participate in the preparation of offers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective time and cost management to meet project goals.
  • Support the implementation of internal reviews as part of the development process.
  • Coordinate development services with purchasing, quality, production, documentation, and logistics areas.
  • Interface with internal component and software development teams.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an agile environment or development projects.
  • Experience in dealing with national and international subcontractors.
  • Good communication skills and convincing appearance.
  • Willingness to take responsibility, ability to work in a team, and motivational skills.
  • Very good German and business-fluent English skills.
