Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Development to join our team at the Oberkochen site, Aalen branch. As a Project Manager Development, you will be responsible for leading development projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and external service providers.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in project management, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and motivate others.
  • Very good German and business fluent English skills.
