HJG Unternehmensberatungs GmbH is seeking a seasoned Solution Sales Manager to lead our Industry 4.0 initiatives in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Industry 4.0 Sales Initiatives:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our presence in the Industry 4.0 sector.
- Identify and Pursue New Opportunities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential accounts and transform leads into opportunities for growth.
- Expand Market Reach:
Implement strategies to penetrate unexplored markets and increase our influence in the Industry 4.0 space.
- Competitive Analysis:
Analyze current market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategies.
- Client Engagement:
Engage with clients to understand their system requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements- Industry 4.0 Expertise:
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES, MOM, and Digital Twin.
- Proven Sales Experience:
Possess a strong background in sales with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Presentation and Demonstration Skills:
Skilled in arranging and conducting impactful demonstrations, presentations, and seminars for customers.
- Customer-Centric Solution Implementation:
Capable of devising and implementing effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Sales Forecasting and Achievement:
Experienced in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and successfully meeting them.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Excels in managing customer relationships and delivering high-quality services that support business growth.
- Effective Communication and Team Collaboration:
Demonstrates excellent communication skills and effectively collaborates with and manages both sales and technical teams.
- Languages:
Proficiency in both German and English is required.
