Service Technician for Bosch Thermotechnik

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our esteemed service team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing commissioning, maintenance, and repair tasks on Bosch Thermotechnik products, following comprehensive theoretical and practical training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent commissioning, maintenance, and repair of heating systems, including heat pumps, split air conditioning units, and gas/oil heating systems.
  • Work on control devices across various brands, including Buderus and Bosch Junkers.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, demonstrating strong analytical and technical skills while addressing inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage a fully equipped service vehicle, ensuring proper inventory of tools and spare parts, along with modern IT equipment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed industrial training, ideally in mechatronics, refrigeration technology, electrical engineering, or heating technology.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service, with expertise in heating technology, control engineering, renewable energy, and hydraulic systems.
  • Certification: Refrigeration certification is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team player.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, structured, flexible, thorough, and responsible.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German.
