Service Technician for Bosch Thermotechnology

Position Overview

As a key member of our service division, you will be responsible for executing installation, upkeep, and repair tasks on Bosch Thermotechnik products following comprehensive theoretical and practical training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your diverse responsibilities will involve working with heat pumps, split air conditioning systems, gas/oil heating units, and control devices across various brands, including Buderus and Bosch Junkers.
  • You will conduct measurements, testing, and self-regulation of Thermotechnik products, serving as a knowledgeable resource for our clients and demonstrating your analytical and technical expertise.
  • Starting from your home base, you will be provided with a fully equipped service vehicle, for which you will manage tools and spare parts inventory, along with modern IT equipment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Vocational training, ideally in mechatronics, refrigeration technology, electrical engineering, heating technology, or a related field.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Proven experience in customer service, proficiency in heating technology, control engineering, renewable energy, and hydraulic systems, along with solid computer skills.
  • Certification: Refrigeration certification is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Customer-focused, communicative, and a collaborative team player.
  • Work Approach: Self-reliant, organized, adaptable, meticulous, and accountable.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German.
