Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Divisional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Austria and South Germany. As a key member of our Northern Europe Sales & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive business expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
