About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Divisional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Austria and South Germany. As a key member of our Northern Europe Sales & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the division.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and assess the potential size of the network across owned and operated stores.
  • Goal Setting: Set regional sales goals and targets in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Drive customer experience initiatives to ensure a world-class experience for our customers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to the Sales Director, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing large teams.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and strategic skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
