- Team Leadership: Lead a team in complex, international new business projects with demanding technological concepts, including budget responsibility.
- Concept Development: Develop conceptual business / sales / implementation models for selected applications.
- Business Planning: Draft purposeful business plans for subsequent decision-making and operative implementation.
- Collaboration: Proactively cooperate with internal functional units, potential customers, and external partners.
- Strategy Development: Transfer business ideas into the business units, and support in the development of strategies and concepts for the marketing and sales of new products.
- Education: Excellent University degree in a technical/natural science field with a doctorate (preferable) and additional business training with proven business track record.
- Experience: Several years of international experience in business/new business development department of a technology company or renowned business consultancy firm with strong technological focus.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and conceptual skills; experience in the compilation, evaluation, and interpretation of market analyses.
- Approach: Entrepreneurial approach with strong commitment to teamwork.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the technological trends in MEDTECH / Life Sciences markets and identification of innovative product ideas and business areas.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of successful cooperation in international projects as a member of a cross-functional teams, ideally project management experience.
- Language: Fluent business English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
