Overview

Renesas Electronics is seeking a skilled change management architect/team lead who will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM. This role involves coordinating the change management process within ERP systems. The ideal candidate will provide both technical and functional support for SAP Solution Manager issues, ensuring the seamless and effective delivery of changes across the SAP environment. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a global team of two change management consultants and analysts, while also managing relationships with third-party vendors and other integrated systems. You will oversee the roadmap for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), from the implementation of Charm in 7.2 to the eventual transition to Cloud ALM.

Duties

  • Oversee SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, emphasizing change management processes.
  • Configure and sustain SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM to facilitate change management workflows.
  • Manage the change management process in ERP systems, including change request creation, approval, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Provide technical and functional assistance for SAP Solution Manager-related challenges, troubleshooting any issues or risks that arise.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring the quality and compliance of the services rendered.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including other integrated systems, project managers, developers, testers, and business users, to communicate and align on change management objectives, expectations, and outcomes.
  • Maintain the ALM roadmap, from implementing Charm in 7.2 to transitioning to Cloud ALM, and plan and execute the necessary transition activities.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of two change management consultants and analysts, overseeing their hiring, training, performance evaluations, and feedback.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management for SAP projects, ideally in a lead or senior capacity.
  • Proficient in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, with familiarity in other SAP tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of change management best practices and standards, such as ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, etc.
  • Experience with integration between Charm and ServiceNow is preferred.
