Overview
Renesas Electronics is seeking a skilled change management architect/team lead who possesses the expertise to configure and oversee SAP Solution Manager 7.2 along with SAP Cloud ALM. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the change management processes within ERP systems. The successful candidate will provide both technical and functional support for issues related to SAP Solution Manager, ensuring seamless and effective change delivery across the SAP ecosystem. Additionally, you will guide and mentor a global team comprising two change management consultants and analysts, while also managing relationships with third-party vendors and interconnected systems. You will be responsible for maintaining the roadmap for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), which includes the implementation of Charm in 7.2 and the strategic transition to Cloud ALM.
Duties
- Oversee SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, emphasizing change management processes.
- Configure and sustain SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM to facilitate change management workflows.
- Coordinate the change management lifecycle in ERP systems, encompassing change request creation, approval, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Provide technical and functional assistance for SAP Solution Manager-related challenges, troubleshooting any potential issues or risks.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring the quality and compliance of their services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, testers, and business users, to align on change management objectives and outcomes.
- Maintain the ALM roadmap, from implementing Charm in 7.2 to planning the transition to Cloud ALM, and execute necessary transition activities.
- Lead and mentor a global team of two change management consultants and analysts, overseeing their recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and feedback processes.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management for SAP projects, ideally in a leadership or senior capacity.
- Proficient in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, with familiarity in other SAP tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of change management best practices and standards, including ITIL, COBIT, and PMBOK.
- Experience with integration between Charm and ServiceNow is preferred.
