Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver radar, chart, service, and navigation products as part of the Sperry Marine Commercial Product Line.

About the Role:
  • Plan and manage individual product configurations up to integrated bridge systems
  • Responsible for assigned IBS projects (Integrated Bridge Navigation Systems) from order to final ship handover to the end user
  • Manage project engineering teams to create and review technical drawings and documentation
  • Ensure on-time delivery, including sending shipping parts and documentation to customers
  • Support sales teams with technical solutions in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Clarify technical inquiries through to system design
  • Cross-departmental cooperation with external and internal customers
  • Report project status to senior leadership team, including schedule, budget, and associated KPIs
About You:
  • University degree in electrical engineering or comparable training
  • Knowledge of project management and digital solutions in network environments and computer applications
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working, characterized by process thinking
  • Fluency in English to communicate with international clients and teams
  • Willingness to make occasional business trips
  • Initial knowledge of the maritime environment (navigation equipment and corresponding regulations) is an advantage
