About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our editorial and operational processes. As a Coordinator, Catalog Operations – Quality Control, you will work closely with our team to accurately enter, edit, and maintain metadata, audio assets, and image art for all products. Your focus will be on quality control and affiliations management, ensuring complete and accurate data entry of product metadata. You will utilize various tools to research ad-hoc requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
Your Responsibilities
• Process and verify daily metadata update and correction requests from providers, customers, and internal stakeholders via tickets or other sources.
• Enhance customer discovery by creating, verifying, and updating product relationships such as Category Assignments, Series Affiliation, Title Authority, and Contributor Authority.
• Monitor and act on regular reports to ensure timely audiobook releases across Amazon and Audible services with accurate and complete metadata, and ensure up-to-date metadata throughout the products' lifecycles.
Requirements

You should take pride in delivering accurate results and have a passion for technology and media, specifically spoken word audio.
