Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of all recruitment projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our recruitment team and founder to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans and schedules, identify key performance indicators, and track progress to ensure timely completion of recruitment projects.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the recruitment team and distribute feedback on the hiring process between clients and recruiters.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate project progress and results to the founder and clients.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance project management capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in project management, ideally in the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Language Skills: Great English communication skills and proficiency in German.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with common software applications.
