Clariness GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading international patient recruitment projects across a diverse range of clinical trials.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of these projects, from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of project management, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage international patient recruitment projects across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project scope, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective operational processes and practices to optimize performance, manage resources efficiently, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research associates, regulatory affairs specialists, and data management personnel, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges, developing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations through clear and concise communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or clinical trial industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
