E-Commerce Customer Care Specialist

AufgabenAls Teil unseres Customer Support Teams bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- Kundenkommunikation: Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, beantwortest ihre Fragen, nimmst Anregungen entgegen und kümmerst dich um ihr Feedback zu unseren Produkten.
- Produktkenntnisse: Du wirst zum Experten für unser Sortiment, um unseren Kunden bestmöglich helfen zu können.
- Problemlösung: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Lösung von Problemen oder Unklarheiten mit unseren Produkten und arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um nachhaltige Lösungen zu finden.
- Dokumentation: Du behältst den Überblick über Kundeninteraktionen, um Trends zu identifizieren und Verbesserungspotenziale aufzuzeigen.
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Messer und Outdoor-Ausrüstung.
- Deine freundliche und serviceorientierte Art macht die Kundenkommunikation zu deinem Talent.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Kundensupport, vorzugsweise im Bereich Messer und/oder Outdoor-Ausrüstung, mit.
