About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at SwissCommerce Management GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including preparing financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and budgeting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
