Job Title: Order Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and process inquiries and orders for both standard and tailored product solutions.
- Oversee order availability and coordinate timely delivery schedules for clients.
- Handle invoicing post-delivery and prepare necessary documentation for billing purposes.
- Communicate with clients to resolve order-related issues via telephone and email.
- Maintain and update customer master data while evaluating credit information with appropriate documentation.
- Administer accounts receivable, monitor credit limits, and address outstanding invoices and customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- Commercial training with relevant experience in order management or customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with familiarity in CRM and ERP systems being advantageous.
- Possess a customer-focused mindset, demonstrating reliability and a collaborative, solution-driven approach.
