About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Director to join our Partnerships team. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a network of intermediaries from scratch through market research and cold calling.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to grow our partners' businesses.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth.
  • Lead demand generation and campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Engage in all steps of the Sales Cycle to ensure smooth Pipeline Progression.

About You

  • Enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition mindset.
  • Interested in the financial markets, ideally with a financial background.
  • Excellent communication and social skills: face-to-face, via telephone, and email.
  • Experience in B2B partner-facing (or client-facing) functions, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in the Accountancy or Financial Services markets.
  • Structured approach to conduct market research, planning, and organisation skills.
  • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need, economics, technological capabilities, and competitive environment.
  • Business fluent in English and German.
