Process Excellence Team Lead

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end business process designs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the harmonization and standardization of processes across the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP FI projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Define and document business requirements, user acceptance test scripts, and training materials for finance and accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and technical implementations.
  • Serve as the regional main contact for accounting-specific demands and incidents, supporting group-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Drive e-governance and tax projects in Europe, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial and accounting compliance, working closely with Group Risk Management.
  • Support group-wide projects and initiatives, adhering to milestones and delivering high-quality results.
  • Prepare training documents and guidelines to ensure knowledge sharing and process adoption.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or IT.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
  • Proven experience in SAP consulting and/or SAP module support, with a focus on the FI module.
  • Knowledge of SAP CO/COPA and SAP ECC/S/4 HANA is an asset.
  • Experience with process automation solutions in accounting and relevant IT systems (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
