Head of Business Process Excellence and Transformation
We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Business Process Excellence and Transformation at Freudenberg Business Services KG. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Shared Service Center (SSC) organization by supporting the optimization of processes across Finance, Purchasing, HR, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing development of our SSC, enhancing efficiency, quality, growth, and compliance to support business unit needs.
- Build the processes and structures needed to expand shared services across the Freudenberg Group, becoming the go-to partner for our internal clients.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality transactional services, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as a key contact for internal business partners, managing relationships and ensuring effective service delivery.
- Establish a governance framework for continuous process improvement, focusing on simplification, standardization, and digitalization.
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver best-in-class services and support.
- Lead strategic projects to optimize organizational structure and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing global business or shared services, with a focus on transformation and integration.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving organizational change.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- Skilled in process improvement frameworks, including governance, standardization, and digitalization.
- Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills.
- High level of empathy and ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Passionate for navigating and working on diverse teams; travel is 50-60% and international.
