About the Role

As part of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future organizational capabilities. This involves leading business process transformations, implementing changes, and ensuring alignment with our business strategy to drive value creation and support our workforce effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Spearheading global and EMEA projects for business process transformation
  • Overseeing all change initiatives in the region, including ERP replacements and various projects
  • Driving impactful transformation programs to enhance both the top and bottom-line results
  • Implementing innovative work methodologies to streamline operations and boost strategic initiatives
  • Supporting the regional ERP team and the roll-out of the global S/4 Hana program
  • Establishing an enterprise change management program to enhance change management capabilities
  • Coaching and guiding the EMEA business process transformation team as per organizational requirements

Your Background

  • Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in digital roles, consulting, and leading change management efforts
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale business transformations in a global setting, including SAP or S/4 Hana implementations
  • Demonstrated leadership in shaping functional processes, strategies, and driving change
  • Business expertise, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies like BPM ADKAR, Prosci, Swimlanes, and other relevant tools
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning, with a focus on delivering tangible business value
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
