Aufgaben

Entwickeln und anpassen Sie die Ziele der Vergütung an die Unternehmensstrategie und globale Praktiken.

Unterstützen Sie die jährliche Gehaltsplanung, um kosteneffiziente und faire Gehaltserhöhungen sicherzustellen.

Unterstützen Sie die Gesamtvergütungsstrategie, die Ausführung von Vorstandsvergütungen, Fragen und die Verwaltung von Kurz- und Langfristvergütungsplänen.

Bieten Sie Anleitung zu Vergütungsthemen sowohl für regionale HR-Vertreter als auch für Führungskräfte, einschließlich Markttrends und Branchenentwicklungen.

Sichern Sie kosteneffiziente und marktdurchdrungene Vergütungsverfahren und -standards innerhalb der Organisation.

Warten Sie auf eine globale Grading-Systematik (Willis Towers Watson) zur Unterstützung der Organisationsstruktur.

Partnerschaften mit Finanzen und Controlling.

Qualifikationen

Grad in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder äquivalentes Qualifikationsniveau.

Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Vergütung in einem internationalen Unternehmen.

Experte Kenntnisse über spezielle Themen wie Job-Architektur, Job-Leveling und Bezahlpraktiken in Schlüsselmärkten sowie Vergütungsplanungstools und andere state-of-the-art C&B-Tools.

Starke Kenntnisse über HR-Themen, einschließlich Leistungsbeurteilung, Gehalt, Vergütungselemente und eine gute Verständnis von Controlling- und Finanzthemen.

Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zur Detailorientierung ohne den großen Überblick zu verlieren.

Wachstumsmentalität gepaart mit einer starken Selbstinitiative, um unabhängig wie auch kollaborativ in einem Team zu arbeiten.

Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen in einer verständlichen Weise darzustellen, zu kommunizieren und effektiv mit Führungskräften zu interagieren.

Fluente Beherrschung von geschriebenem und gesprochenem Englisch.
