Team Responsibilities

The Global Rewards & People Analytics division plays a crucial role in advising the Reinsurance Group on reward-related matters and delivering insightful people analytics to the Munich Re Group. Our focus encompasses the formulation of reward strategies, management of senior executive compensation, oversight of globally operating programs, and ensuring robust reward governance while optimizing reward operations. Our success hinges on the collaborative efforts of global, regional, and local HR teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of global and group-wide reward initiatives while juggling multiple workflows and prioritizing essential tasks.
  • Develop reward analytics capabilities by collecting data, interpreting findings, and presenting them through dashboards and presentations.
  • Facilitate compliance assessments by verifying adherence to remuneration regulations, global HR policies, and guidelines.
  • Conduct ad-hoc tasks promptly by sourcing diverse information across the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various regions, time zones, and organizational structures.
  • Monitor advancements in the rewards sector by evaluating market trends, new regulations, and research.
  • Contribute to the evolution of your role as it progresses.

Your Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Rewards within a multinational corporation or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience in international and cross-regional reward processes across core reward activities.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated commitment, precision, and dependability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Educational background in business management, economics, or law.
