About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team at 3st kommunikation GmbH. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, corporate publishing, and business reports, with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, including presentations, pitches, and workshops.
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to drive team growth.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Communications Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and executing design projects, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • High standards of quality and a structured approach to work.
  • Strong design affinity and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving challenges in a team environment.
  • Ability to visualize compelling stories through typography, photography, illustration, and infographics.
