Position: Finanzreferent für Transformation und Reporting (m/w/d)

Bereich: Accounting, Controlling, Taxation

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung eines neuen ERP-Systems.
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting- und Analysewerkzeuge im Finanzbereich.
  • Automatisierung der Finanzabläufe sowie Evaluierung und Sicherstellung von SAP-Geschäftsprozessen und internen Kontrollsystemen.
  • Prozessverbesserung im Rahmen des Jahres- und Konzernabschlusses durch den Einsatz bestehender und neuer IT-Lösungen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher Vorgaben, einschließlich der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung.
  • Koordination der neuen Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachanwendern sowie angrenzenden Finanzteams und technischen Abteilungen.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkten im Rechnungswesen oder Controlling.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Finanzfunktion, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld, insbesondere im Finanzdienstleistungs- oder Bankensektor.
  • Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Erstellung von handelsrechtlichen Konzernabschlüssen und Projektmanagement.
  • Interesse an Weiterentwicklungs- und Transformationsprojekten.
  • Selbstständige, teamorientierte und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, die als proaktiver Sparringspartner agiert.
