Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect for Analytics and Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge analytics and reporting solutions within our S/4HANA ERP and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement analytics and reporting solutions by comparing tooling options, managing process templates, and leveraging SAP BW and Datasphere methodologies to ensure alignment with business requirements and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage complex business requirements, ensuring compliance with authorizations and data governance.
  • Oversee the full implementation lifecycle of projects, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of an ILM framework for analytics data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Apply data science techniques and tools for data mining, profiling, cleansing, standardization, harmonization, consolidation, enrichment, validation, and monitoring, promoting efficient and effective data management.
  • Implement data-sparse practices to reduce redundancy and monitor data growth, ensuring scalable and efficient analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, ideally combined with project management certifications.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in designing and implementing financial analytics and reporting solutions, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere or SAP Analytics Cloud, preferably acquired in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Expertise in data cleansing, standardization, harmonization, migration, consolidation, enrichment, validation, and monitoring tools, business intelligence standards (e.g. IBCS), compliance, quality, and risk management.
  • Experience with both requirements engineering and relevant programming languages such as SQL and ABAP.
  • Ability to lead and manage complex, multi-workstream projects and geographically dispersed teams, while driving vision, developing talent, and building effective teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German, with a capability of translating technical topics into business language and effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A highly organized, customer-oriented team player with a strong ability to navigate complex, constantly changing environments.
