International Transformation Lead

We are in search of a Transformation Manager to enhance our international operations. This newly established role is crucial in assisting the CTO International with the execution of strategic initiatives and leading transformation, professionalization, and optimization efforts within our International Division. You will be instrumental in supporting the rapid organic and inorganic growth of our international division, which aims to significantly expand its size within a short timeframe. Your role will involve engaging with key stakeholders across the Apleona Group, including Executive Board Members, Central Support Teams, and Country Teams. As the division evolves, your responsibilities are expected to expand as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning, Execution & Reporting:
- Oversee the development and coordination of our PMO Office for International, managing key corporate projects for the Business Unit.
- Translate our Apleona International Strategy into a comprehensive Value Creation Plan (VCP) with defined measures and regular reviews.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership and group support functions to align strategic business planning processes and execution.
- Transformation & Professionalization:
- Lead the professionalization of Facilities Management and Country support functions in line with Group and International Strategies.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer from Group & Facilities Management into countries to accelerate professionalization of essential support functions.
- Establish and enhance professional standards, processes, and teams across Facilities Management Support Functions.
- Performance, Optimization, and Synergies:
- Implement optimization measures with Regional and Country teams to enhance operational efficiencies and profitability.
- Direct Group resources and initiatives to execute targeted projects effectively.
- Monitor and ensure the successful achievement of synergy targets from International acquisitions, working alongside country and Group teams.
- Provide structured reporting on optimization and synergy measures within the VCP, including gap analysis and corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in management consulting, particularly in business transformation and strategy development.
- Education: An advanced degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Real Estate Management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, effectively manage stakeholders, and navigate flat hierarchies.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and trends, coupled with strategic action and initiative.
- Financial Management: Proficient understanding of P&L and key drivers to enhance profitability, with strong numerical skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to excel in a dynamic business environment, eager for continuous development and implementation of strategies.
- Languages: Fluent in English and at least one additional language relevant to the region.
