We are in search of a Transformation Manager to enhance our international operations. This newly established role is crucial in assisting the CTO International with the execution of strategic projects and leading transformation, professionalization, and optimization initiatives throughout our International Division. You will engage with key stakeholders within the Apleona Group, ranging from Executive Board Members to Central Support Teams and Country Teams. As the division expands, your responsibilities are expected to evolve accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning, Execution & Reporting
- Oversee the PMO Office for International, managing significant corporate projects for the Business Unit.
- Translate our Apleona International Strategy into a comprehensive Value Creation Plan (VCP) with measurable objectives and regular assessments.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership and group support functions to align strategic business planning and execution.
2. Transformation & Professionalization
- Lead the professionalization of FMI and Country support functions in line with Group and International Strategies (e.g., IT, Procurement, HR).
- Facilitate knowledge transfer from Group & FMI to countries to enhance professional standards (e.g., Apleona Go, Clubs & Committees).
- Establish and elevate professional benchmarks, processes, and teams across FMI Support Functions.
3. Performance, Optimization, and Synergies
- Implement optimization strategies with Regional and Country teams to enhance operational efficiency and profitability (e.g., Procurement, Self-Delivery, SG&A savings).
- Direct Group resources and initiatives (e.g., Apleona GO, PMI, IT) to realize targeted projects.
- Track and ensure the successful achievement of synergy targets from International acquisitions, collaborating with country and Group PMI teams.
- Provide structured reporting on optimization and synergy initiatives within the VCP, including gap analysis and corrective measures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in management consulting, particularly in business transformation, optimization strategies, and strategic development.
- Education: An advanced degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Real Estate Management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams, effectively engage stakeholders, and navigate flat hierarchies with swift decision-making.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at interpreting data and trends, and demonstrating initiative for successful project execution.
- Financial Management: Proficient understanding of P&L and key drivers for enhancing margins and profitability, with strong numerical skills for analysis and business case development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly in PowerPoint.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape, with a commitment to continuous development and a willingness to engage in both strategic planning and implementation.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential, with fluency in at least one additional language relevant to the region.
