IT Support Mitarbeiter - Kundenbetreuung (alle Geschlechter)

Wir suchen einen motivierten und kommunikativen IT-Berufseinsteiger, der sich für die Kundenbetreuung in unserem Bereich "Aviation" begeistern kann.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:
  • Als Teil unseres Teams bist du verantwortlich für den technischen IT-Support bei unseren Kunden in der Implementierungs-, Installations- und Konfigurationsphase.
  • Du bist in einem funktionsübergreifenden Team tätig und betreust einen engen Kundenstamm mit konkreten Ansprechpersonen.
  • Dabei leistest du wichtige technische Unterstützung für die produktionskritische Infrastruktur des Kunden.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination und Durchführung komplexer Updates und analysierst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung mögliche Fehler in unseren Kundensystemen per Fernwartung.
  • Du gestaltest aktiv die Konzeption und Umsetzung von Prozess- und Produktverbesserungen.
Was du dafür mitbringst:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in für Systemintegration oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsinformatiker*in, Mathematiker*in, Informatiker*in o.ä.
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung z. B. als IT Support Engineer, IT Kundenberater*in oder Software Support Engineer, sind von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows- und Linux-Betriebssystemen sowie Office-Anwendungen.
  • Erfahrungen in der BATCH/PowerShell-Programmierung, Oracle- und PostgreSQL-Datenbanken (SQL) und Cloud / Kubernetes Erfahrung von Vorteil.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Fernwartungsverbindungen und virtuellen Maschinen von Vorteil.
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein lösungs- sowie kundenorientierter Arbeitsstil.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
