Job Responsibilities

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of an agile team responsible for maintaining and improving our IT landscape. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support to colleagues
  • Provisioning hardware and software for colleagues, offering expert advice
  • Administering and providing infrastructure, networks, and services, including Linux-based servers, Gitlab, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, Docker, and Zabbix
  • Participating in and managing IT projects
  • Automating and clustering infrastructure and services using Ansible, Docker, and CMDB
  • Improving and developing company-wide IT processes and documentation
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Completed studies in Information Technology or a comparable qualification
  • Fluent German and good English skills (B2)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent professional knowledge of 1st and 2nd level support and infrastructure administration
  • Fundamental knowledge of networks and basic knowledge of command line Linux
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Ansible, Docker, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 is an advantage
  • Availability for 30h/week (part-time) or 40h/week (full-time)
