Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT professional to join our agile IT team. As an IT Support and IT Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT landscape, providing hardware and software support to colleagues, and administering infrastructure, networks, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure
- Provide first- and second-level support to colleagues
- Manage hardware and software provisioning for colleagues
- Administer infrastructure, networks, and services, including Linux-based servers, Gitlab, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, Docker, and Zabbix
- Participate in and manage IT projects
- Automate and cluster infrastructure and services using Ansible, Docker, and CMDB
- Develop and improve company-wide IT processes and documentation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Completed studies in Information Technology or a related fieldFluent German and good English skills (B2)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in 1st and 2nd level support and infrastructure administrationFundamental knowledge of networks and command line LinuxExperience with Windows operating systems, Ansible, Docker, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 is an advantageAvailability for 30h/week (part-time) or 40h/week (full-time)What We Offer
