Data-Driven Business Insights Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at JustDice GmbH. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting stakeholders in making informed decisions by proactively identifying challenges and opportunities through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute ideas to improve business performance by analyzing data and identifying trends.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization to provide data interpretations and insights.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
  • Suggest and evaluate product experiments to drive business growth.
  • Proactively contribute to improve team workflow, processes, and tools.
  • Aid stakeholders in crafting well-informed decisions by suggesting, defining, and monitoring impactful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain data availability and improve data utilization by designing, developing, and maintaining data models and databases.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and ensure data quality.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Knowledge in R, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of databases and data integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with git, docker, or dbt is desirable.
  • Experience in the AdTech industry or in consumer products (web/mobile) is preferred.
