Company Overview: Bitkom e.V. is a leading digital industry association in Germany and Europe, providing a wide range of services to support the digital economy.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced International Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, creating and managing sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance Solutions: Work closely with our Compliance Solutions team to develop and implement compliance solutions for our customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.
