Identify and engage potential clients, cultivate a comprehensive customer database, and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients. Act as the main liaison for current customers, promptly addressing inquiries and nurturing enduring customer relationships. Collaborate closely with the operations team to strategize and manage shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery while monitoring shipment status and resolving any arising issues.
