We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. As a key member of our Sustainability Program, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our global sustainability strategy and program.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of our global sustainability strategy and program, including project management at strategic and operational levels.
- Foster cross-functional dialogue and coordination with internal departments, such as HSE, Culture & People, Compliance, and Production, on individual sustainability topics.
- Monitor and analyze external standards, emerging regulations, and market trends related to sustainability, providing recommendations addressing these.
- Contribute to the improvement of STADA's internal reporting and data collection processes in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements.
- Coordinate responses to external ratings and inquiries, including consolidating internal information.
- Closely collaborate with Global Communication on sustainability-related textual content and support internal and external communication.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, sustainability management, or environmental science.
- Strong knowledge and 3-4 years of experience in sustainability management, either in consulting or the manufacturing industry.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact through supporting and enhancing STADA's Sustainability Program.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, such as GRI, EU CSRD, and Taxonomy.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Structured work approach and high organizational skills, with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Very good knowledge of English.
