Wir suchen einen engagierten Sustainability Manager, der uns bei der Umsetzung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsziele unterstützt.

Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie sich mit unseren globalen Lieferanten auseinandersetzen, Auswahlprozesse für Lieferanten entwickeln und Datenbanken aufbauen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung und Führung von CSR-Initiativen in den Bereichen Beschaffung, Lieferkette und End-of-Life-Behandlung unserer Produkte.
  • Projektbezogene Umsetzung von EU-Regelungen im Bereich Green Deal (CSRD/ESRS) sowie Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und anderen externen Parteien.
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Nachhaltigkeitsentwicklungsprogrammen von Lieferanten und Transportunternehmen.
  • Aufbereitung von Lieferantendaten zu Nachhaltigkeitsfragen zur Unterstützung von Ausschreibungen, Regierungsanfragen, Berichterstattung und Beschaffungsstrategien.
  • Sammeln, Erstellen und Weiterverarbeiten von Lieferanten- und Kunden-Daten zur Bestimmung von Schlüsselindikatoren.
  • Durchführung von Nachhaltigkeitsaudits bei Lieferanten und anderen externen verbundenen Unternehmen.
  • Identifizierung und Verfolgung von relevanten Nachhaltigkeitsthemen, Trends und Anforderungen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl neuer und alternativer Lieferanten für MedTech-Projekte, einschließlich Verpackungsmaterialien. Dazu gehören Entwicklung, Lebenszyklus-Management und Übertragungsprojekte, mit Schwerpunkt auf Nachhaltigkeit und Menschenrechte.

Ihre Profile

  • Abschluss wissenschaftlicher oder technischer Studien (z.B. Chemie, Biologie, Umweltmanagement/Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen im Bereich Umwelt/Nachhaltigkeit)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der aktuellen Vorschriften (z.B. HRDD, CSRD, CSR, EHS) sind absolut erforderlich
  • Tiefe Kenntnisse in Nachhaltigkeit, Auditing und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Zielorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten mit offener Einstellung und Freude am Teamwork
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SharePoint)
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
