Position

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Fuhrparkleiter / Fleet & Travel Manager (m/w/d).

Aufgabenbereich

  • Überwachung und Verwaltung des Fuhrparks sowie rechtzeitige Beschaffung von Fahrzeugen gemäß unserer Car Policy mit Avrios.
  • Koordination von Langzeitmieten und Leasingverträgen sowie Planung der Fahrzeugauslieferungen.
  • Abwicklung von Leasingrückläufern und Überwachung von Service- und Wartungsintervallen.
  • Dokumentation von Verträgen und Aktivitäten im Fuhrparktool Avrios.
  • Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Identifizierung von Einsparpotenzialen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften im Zusammenhang mit Fahrzeugen.
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Fahrer, Partner, Personalabteilung und Lohnbuchhaltung.
  • Führung des Fuhrparkteams und Schulung der Fahrer.
  • Verwaltung und Überwachung unseres Travelmanagement-Tools.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fuhrparkverwaltung.
  • Kenntnisse in Avrios und Travelmanagement-Tools.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Organisationsgeschick und Problemlösungsfähigkeit.
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
