Position Overview:

As an IT Support Specialist in the Helpdesk department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services within the organization.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IT support to the employees of TÜV NORD GROUP.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues in both German and English.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base and relevant documentation.
Qualifications Required:
  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support and service desk operations.
  • Strong technical expertise in Windows, MS Office, hardware, and networking.
  • An analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
