Job Title: Air Freight Export Specialist

At Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, we are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Export Specialist to join our team. As an Air Freight Export Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process air freight shipments independently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Carry out customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Prepare and manage Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, and other necessary documents.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, international branches, partners, and agents, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Process claims and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers, ensuring competitive pricing.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk.
  • Further training in dangerous goods and aviation security desirable.
  • Relevant professional experience in air freight export.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Confident handling of customs programs, e.g. Dakosy.
  • Flexibility, high level of commitment, and customer orientation.
  • Organizational talent, negotiating skills, and ability to work in a team.
