Job Title: Air Freight Export Operator

As an Air Freight Export Operator at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods across the globe. Your primary responsibility will be to process air freight shipments independently, handling customs clearance, preparing ABDs, and communicating with customers, international branches, partners, and agents.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Process air freight shipments independently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Handle customs clearance, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Prepare ABDs, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, international branches, partners, and agents, providing excellent customer service.
  • Process claims and complaints independently, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare quotations, providing accurate and competitive pricing.
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed training as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services.
  • Further training in the field of dangerous goods and training as an aviation security officer desirable.
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of air freight export.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Confident handling of customs programs, e.g. Dakosy.
  • Flexibility, high level of commitment, and customer orientation.
  • Organizational talent, negotiating skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Certified background check and aviation security training desirable.
