Job Title: Air Freight Export Operator Gateway

At Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, we are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Export Operator to join our team. As an Air Freight Export Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating the export of consolidated cargo, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking, planning, and optimization of consolidated cargo in a 2-shift operation, including Saturday service.
  • Central contact person for consolidated shipments for our air freight branches in Germany and abroad.
  • Customs clearance in Dakosy.
  • Optimization of BUP allocations.
  • Departure control of current bookings, reacting to delays or offloads.
  • Monitoring the secure supply chain, checking aviation security documents, and assigning secure air freight status.
Your Profile:
  • Apprenticeship as a businessman/businesswoman (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services.
  • Extensive experience in air freight.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in a gateway is an advantage.
