Ihre Aufgaben als Sales Operations Manager:
- Sales Cycle Management: Sie begleiten Ihre Kollegen im gesamten Sales Prozess, von der Leadgenerierung bis zum Abschluss des Deals. Dabei sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen den verschiedenen Teams und behalten stets die kaufmännische Perspektive im Blick.
- Unterstützung bei Pitches: Sie erstellen zielgruppenorientierte Pitch-Materialien, planen Termine und Briefing für das Team sowie erstellen Angebote gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen.
- Tools & Methodiken: Sie halten unser CRM-System aktuell, evaluieren und verbessern bestehende Prozesse und sorgen für die Standardisierung der Sales-Prozesse.
- Marktanalyse: Sie behalten den Digitalisierungsmarkt im Blick, analysieren Benchmarking, Wettbewerber und Trends sowie Chancen und Risiken der digitalen Transformation.
Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Sales (Operations), Account Management oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im digitalen Beratungs- und Agenturumfeld oder einem mittelständischen Dienstleistungsunternehmen.
- Sie haben gute Erfahrungen im direkten Kundenkontakt auf Führungsebene und eine ausgeprägte soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz.
- Der gekonnte Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite gehört genauso zu Ihrem Repertoire wie die Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.
- Sie sind analytisch versiert, strukturiert und besitzen ein starkes Eigeninitiative.
