THE ROLE
As a key member of the Zattoo finance team, you will take on shared responsibility for the Accounts Payable Sub-Ledger and associated tasks across our three companies (CH, DE, USA). Your responsibilities will include processing all employee expense reports and credit card transactions, ensuring their accurate, efficient, and timely payment. With our flat hierarchies and pragmatic decision-making processes, you will find a supportive work environment at Zattoo. This role offers a high degree of independence, allowing you to contribute your ideas and implement them effectively.
THE TEAM
The finance team at Zattoo combines extensive experience with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Currently, we are a team of seven dedicated individuals managing accounting, controlling, taxes, insurance, and various processes centrally for our companies in Switzerland, Germany, and the USA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Oversee the Accounts Payable Sub-ledger, including account reconciliations
- Process employee travel expenses and credit card transactions
- Manage our employee expense and credit card solutions
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding credit cards and expense reports
- Act as the liaison for supplier inquiries
- Prepare payment runs
- Address finance-related inquiries concerning creditors
- Maintain master data in accounting and expense systems
- Assist with additional Accounts Payable tasks as needed (including vacation coverage)
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- A completed commercial apprenticeship
- Additional training in accounting is a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of German or Swiss VAT regulations
- Business fluency in written and spoken English and German (minimum requirement B2)
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proactive and independent work style
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
