Job Summary

Cinemo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Project Management department, you will work closely with our customers to deliver exceptional support and ensure the successful implementation of our digital media products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage small-scale customer projects and contribute to complex ones, overseeing the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, scope, risk, and change management.
  • Technical Support: Provide first-line technical customer support, analyze and resolve customer issues using customer and reference hardware, and act as a technical interface between our customers and internal departments.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our digital media products and provide technical guidance to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize our solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the enrichment of our online knowledge database with answers to functional and technical questions, helping further customers and internal team members to increase their knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: College, Bachelor's, or University degree
  • Technical Expertise: Understanding of software engineering processes, complex technical issues, and experience with C++, Kotlin, Java, Android, and online services.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing small-scale projects and a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Language: Proficiency in English
