**Director of User Experience Design Lead**

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of User Experience Design to lead our UX design team and drive the creation of innovative and user-centered product experiences. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the overall design strategy and direction of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the UX Design Team: Manage and mentor a team of UX designers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop Design Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a design strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Design Leadership: Provide design leadership and guidance to ensure that design solutions are user-centered, innovative, and meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Design Operations: Develop and implement design operations processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in design delivery.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and be able to communicate design solutions in business terms.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in UX design leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Design Expertise: Strong understanding of UX design principles, methods, and tools.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and ability to communicate design solutions in business terms.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
