Lead the Way in User Experience Design

As the Director of User Experience Design at AMBOSS, you will be responsible for driving the development of our product's user experience, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and meets the needs of our users. You will lead a team of designers and work closely with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a user experience strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of designers and provide guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and medical teams to ensure that the user experience is integrated into the product development process.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of our users.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and apply this knowledge to improve our product.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong background in leading teams and developing user experience strategies.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful user experience projects and improving user engagement and retention.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user research methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven design decisions.
