We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator/Social Worker (m/w/d) to join our team at the CJD Gymnasium. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in supporting the social and emotional development of our students.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Become an integral part of our teaching team, providing guidance and support to students during the school day
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive learning programs for small groups of students
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in school events and activities, such as parent-teacher conferences and school festivals
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed
- Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being and social skills
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in school events and activities, such as parent-teacher conferences and school festivals
Your Qualifications
- Completed education in social work or a related field
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a educational or social setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
