We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Herzog Personal-Service GmbH. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
